What is the CSA Settlement about?
Who can file a claim?
- Those who were in the care of a CFS agency during the claims period and who are over 18 can file their own claim.
- Those who are currently in the care of a CFS agency and are under 18 have already had a claim filed for them by the agency. Funds for these claimants will be held in trust until they turn 18.
- For more information on making a claim, visit the CSA website. www.csasettlement.com
