What is the CSA Settlement about?

    Who can file a claim?

    • Those who were in the care of a CFS agency during the claims period and who are over 18 can file their own claim.
    • Those who are currently in the care of a CFS agency and are under 18 have already had a claim filed for them by the agency. Funds for these claimants will be held in trust until they turn 18.

    What information do I need?

Visit the CSA website for all information needed. This includes information about the time you spent in care and the agency you were affiliated with. You will also need to provide government issued ID.

Please Note: Don’t worry if you don’t have all of the information. The claims administrator can help you find the information you need.
