The following offices provide 24-hour, seven-day a week intake response to concerns about the safety of children. A Designated Intake Agency (DIA) is an agency that has been designated by the CFS Authorities to provide joint intake and emergency services, in accordance with section 21 of The Child and Family Services Act, to all persons in a specified geographic region of the province.
