Season’s Greetings,
At this time of year, I would like to take a moment to step back and reflect on the incredible efforts of everyone in our system – from support workers and case mangers to volunteers and foster parents to supervisors and managers. All of you should be very proud of your achievements.
2021 was another demanding year due to the pandemic, yet I saw countless examples of dedication to our children and families. You have demonstrated the creativity and the resiliency to triumph over challenges and to keep a strong focus on ensuring our children and families are safe and healthy.
I look forward to 2022 with optimism and excitement as the General Authority works in partnership with agency directors to continually enhance our services and supports. Look for messages early in the New Year about some exciting initiatives.
I encourage you to take some time over the holiday season to enjoy making memories with family and friends and to take time to relax and rejuvenate. Best wishes for the happiest of holidays.
Sincerely,
Jay Rodgers
