The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption has partnered with the Children’s Action Network, Goldsmith Entertainment and Triage Productions in the CBS Holiday special “A Home for the Holidays”. The 20th Anniversary of this primetime special will air this year on the US CBS station, Friday, December 21st at 8/7c, hosted by actor and Grammy Award Winning Hip-Hop artist LL Cool J. There will be special musical performances by popular Performing Artists Gwen Stefani, Train and Lukas Graham. Singer, songwriter and record producer Andy Grammer will also perform during highlights from the Grove’s annual tree-lighting ceremony. Throughout the evening, uplifting and inspirational stories of children adopted from foster care and their journeys from trauma to healing and from foster care to forever families will be shared. Additionally, there will also be updates from some of the wonderful families who shared their stories in past years.
