From the Mental Health Commission Catalyst:

Mental health means different things to different people – but it should matter to everyone.

On May 1, Member of Parliament from Guelph, Ontario, Lloyd Longfield, partnered with the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) and the All-Party Mental Health Caucus to bring together distinct voices with a passion for advancing mental health.

“Mental health is always top of mind when I’m engaging with people in my community,” said Longfield. “We hear from parents, families and young people who are looking to us as Parliamentarians for answers. Convening this round table was a way to try to equip myself and my colleagues with as much information as possible, so we can take that back to our constituents to facilitate community-based approaches and ways to measure outcomes.”
